Stublisher 2.0 - New Design, Open To All!
Today, we’re excited to announce a new design, open to all.

Stublisher aggregates media shared via Instagram at concerts, games, red carpet events, birthday parties, the zoo (anywhere!), based on geolocation, in real-time and post experience. On top of this aggregation, we’re fostering one of the most passionate communities on the web (Stublishers!), connecting people based on what they’ve done and where they’ve been.
We’ve spent the past few months in private beta, learning from how people used Stublisher, listening to feedback, and iterating on that data as best and as fast as we could.
Today, we’re opening up the flood gates, unveiling a facelift and announcing some new partners we’re super excited to be working with. Whether you’re an experienced Stublisher or a brand new user, we’re excited to share three of the more notable improvements we’ve made:
1) A Simpler Way To View Interesting Experiences
What we found throughout the past few months is that you aren’t just interested in seeing photos from events you’ve been to, but also interested in seeing photos from artists you care about, teams you follow and discovering events and places you didn’t even know existed.
Stublisher allows you to experience anything happening around the world, from the perspective of those capturing it. The design you see today allows you to explore and discover in a much more enjoyable fashion than months past.
Check out the “shuffle” feature on the bottom bar to shake up your event feed and discover a random new experience.

2) Verified Events
We thought it was pretty neat to be able to add an event, pick a place and time, and like magic, photos from that experience would appear. What we noticed is that you’d rather be spending your time enjoying an experience that already exists, rather than having to spend precious moments adding one yourself. So, we’ve decided to do the hard work for you. We’re partnering with artist management companies, event organizers, teams, and those alike, along with empowering top users to add events on Stublisher.
We’re thrilled to highlight two stellar new partners:
- Vector Management - A top tier artist management agency representing Kings of Leon, Ke$ha, The Wallflowers, The Fray and more
- Ticket Cake - A startup dedicated to making it easier and more affordable to see great shows
We’ll be announcing some additional partnerships we’re just as excited about, so stay tuned. We’ve also brought on an amazing Community Manager, Natalie, who will hand pick top events to share with you daily.
3) Liking and Sharing Made Easy
One of our favorite new features is the “thumbs up” you’ll see as you roll over photos. Click on the green thumb and BOOM…you liked the photo.

We’ve also made sharing experiences and individual photos across all of your social media channels easy. To share an event, on the header image you’ll see Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest share buttons. To share a photo, you’ll see the same via the side bar that slides in from the right on rollover.

The reason we made it easy for you to like and share is because we realized that every time you stumbled across an event, you either A) knew someone who was there or B) knew someone who would LOVE to see photos from the particular artist, team, place etc.
We hope you enjoy the much simpler and more attractive Stublisher as much as we do! As you stumble upon ideas and feedback, please feel free to reach out to me directly, I’m kyle@stublisher.com, or you can tweet @Stublisher.
This is just the beginning. We have some exciting things coming your way very soon, so stay tuned. That said, we promise to continue listening to your feedback, and building accordingly.
Have fun Stublishing!
Kyle
